Meet John


John comes from a family of doctors where medicine was, in many ways, always the plan. What has grown alongside that inherited path is a deeper sense of conviction about investing time in the people who matter most: friends, colleagues, and those who bring genuine meaning to his life. His Christian faith has long been a guiding force in his life. It quietly shapes how he thinks about work, how to treat others, and service.
Outside of medicine and DoBC, John has been married to Pansy for twenty-six years. Their kids, Emma (his campaign manager) and Noah, are pursuing education at the University of Toronto—coincidentally, John's alma mater. John is also, by his own family's good-natured account, working on his reputation as "the serious uncle."
